How to lose weight with Apple Cider Vinegar and lettuce

Losing weight can be hard. A lot of people struggle with it. Apple Cider Vinegar helps you to lose weight the natural way! I got this idea from earth clinic and did my own thing , and it worked!

Instructions (Steps):

First, you must buy some Apple Cider Vinegar at the store. I would suggest getting the organic kind. If you can’t find the organic kind at your store google it online and find a health store.

While you’re at the store, you might want to look into getting some bottled water. You’ll need some bottled water, or just regular water to help you with this. If you forget the water at the store just use the water you have already home.

If you don’t like just regular ACV, I suggest getting some lettuce while you’re at the store. You can get other toppings and make a salad if you like. If you’ve never had Apple Cider Vinegar before get the lettuce. If you don’t need the lettuce, you can still save it for later for a snack.

When you get home, have two teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar. If you find you can’t handle having two teaspoons at once – have only one, and have the other at night. Swallow the apple vinegar fast so you don’t taste it. If you try it, and don’t like it put it on some lettuce, and make a salad with it. The most important thing is having it.

After having your intake of apple cider vinegar – drink plenty of water. If you’re going out that day you might need to limit how much you drink. Drinking a lot of water can make you use the bathroom a lot. I would try around 16 oz of water.

Whatever you decide on the first day make sure to repeat, and do it everyday at the same time. Don’t slack off. If you find that it’s not working increase your walking, or decrease how much you eat. Change a few things in your daily routine.

Lastly, If you’re taking medications, or having serious problems, please talk to your doctor before doing these steps. Sometimes this might not work if you’re on medications.

Tips & Warnings:

  • Don’t give up on losing weight. You can do it. Just hang in there.
  • If a rash appears, or you get sick – please contact your doctor right away. These might be signs of a allergic reaction to something you’re taking.
